I bought this earring for my partner and she loved it! I also love the package wrap & custom wooden storage box that it came in (pressure fitted top) it is freakin sick!!
** I did run into an issue with the backing nut being too tight upon arrival. I had to use some pliers to twist it off which caused the earring to bend.
I notified the shop and they told me that they'd send another and not install the backing nut this time.
I appreciate this shops customer service and their quality earrings. Keep up the great work!
I got this jewelry for my nostrils and overall the jewelry is nice. One of my two had a slight defect that over time did scratch me but when I had reached out to the seller it had not done that yet; the reason I reached out to the seller was due to me being unable to get the jewelry fully tight while wearing it and I showed the defect on the one piece, the seller deemed the resolution would be replacement jewelry as of 11/11/22 I have not received it but I am not expecting it soon. I'd say that overall I am satisfied with my purchase and customer service, but I would say that trouble shooting is not something that they're great at, but replacing defects is something they're great at.
