Surgical Steel Nose Screw Stud Opal

20 gauge, black/red opal nose bone. Very pretty! I got a few styles and I love them all. I've been wearing them a few weeks and have had no issues with irritation or the metal changing color, so I feel these are good quality. Customer service was exceptional, seriously the best I've experienced in a long time. Just FYI, the nose bones standard is about 6 mm (I requested longer since the stones are so large they don't always sit flush on my nose).
