I had an issue with clicker and owner fixed problem by replacing it and a new one is on way. Great customer service and support! I can't say enough kind things about this small business. I will definitely be ordering again.

I do like this nose ring! It's beautiful and elegant! My only issue is that it doesn't stay clasped well. I rub my nose a little and it falls out. Overall though it is a nice piece.
