Titanium Lip Ring

The quality of this jewelry is exceptional, very sturdy and one of a kind! Customer service was even better- I ended up ordering the wrong length (buyer error) so I messaged the shop asking if I could potentially get a replacement. I was in love with the style and was very sad to let it go because it was uncomfortable too wear (starting to imbed in the skin of my philtrum) due to ordering the wrong size. The seller obliged to my request in a timely manner and I am so appreciative! I will absolutely be buying more.. and if you've read this far and are thinking about purchasing from them, do it!! You won't regret it (: ♥️

Sadly, the post office lost my package, as it never arrived. So sad! But, I'm still giving it 5 stars because the seller was incredibly communicative, helpful, and flexible. She went out of her way to give me tons of options on what I wanted to do, and I really appreciated that! I have no doubt the jewelry is amazing; and I would absolutely buy from here again!

It's so cute and seller went above and beyond with packaging!! Sent in little wooden box as a gift! It's adorable!!
