The quality of this jewelry is exceptional, very sturdy and one of a kind! Customer service was even better- I ended up ordering the wrong length (buyer error) so I messaged the shop asking if I could potentially get a replacement. I was in love with the style and was very sad to let it go because it was uncomfortable too wear (starting to imbed in the skin of my philtrum) due to ordering the wrong size.
