Shipping was pretty good considering I live in the US. Arrived sooner than I expected. The quality exceeded my expectations. I bought two helix earrings, one for my daughter which she absolutely loves and wears non-stop and one for myself. Unfortunately, my one did not close properly so I emailed and had an immediate response saying they would send another straightaway. Which they did. And it was perfect so, really nice jewellery and really good customer service.
