Surgical Steel Medusa Lip Piercing

I thought this would've been bigger, but looking at the provided image again, I think that was just my misperception. Shipping time was fine and I thought the box it came in was cute, just thought this would be more noticeable (I ordered the gold one in pink opal and I think that combo didn't help).
