the sellers are extremely nice and got back to me as soon as they could. shipping took about 3 weeks but i understand since its coming from Ukraine to the US, the bar is extremely beautiful and exactly what i asked for!! she was willing to customize it to my liking and i'm extremely grateful because it matches the theme on my ears perfectly, would definitely buy from them again
