Update 8/18/2022 I just received the replacement. Works beautifully. I can't wait to put it In. Thank you so much.
Update: 7/25/2022. They are sending me a replacement. I didn't reach out. But when they saw the review they wanted to get it fixed asap. Amazing customer service! The new one should be here soon. I'll update then.
Unfortunately I can't get it to close when I opened it to put in my ear. I've taken it to a couple places to have them try. And no one. No one can it get closed. Which sucks. Cause it's beautiful
