super cute but came broken, seller was very kind and gave me a refund and offered to replace the broken item. Great customer service

Pretty jewellery but the gold plating came off within a week, such a shame.
Edit: Tanya the owner sent me a lovely message apologising and explained the type of jewellery it was, and offered a replacement free of charge. I really appreciate the customer service, thank you!
