I ordered a pair of these, and one of the original ones did not align properly when closed (when you screwed it all the way tight the jewels faced out on one side and in on the other side). I messaged the shop owner and she quickly sent out a replacement with no extra cost to me. The replacement is perfect, and I absolutely love these. All of my jewelry I currently use matches and was purchased from this shop, and I will continue to purchase here because everything is high quality and the customer service has been amazing too.
